Returns/Exchanges Policy

If an item is received defective (i.e. seam on bottom of shirt is unraveling), damaged (i.e. hole in shirt), or is incorrectly shipped (i.e. you received a 'Small' and requested a 'Medium'), please contact Customer Support immediately via email:


In the body of the email, please be sure to provide your Online Order #, PO #, and describe your issue.  After review, we will determine if your item qualifies for a 'like-for-like' exchange

All items are custom ordered and decorated pieces, so we are unable to accept returns.
